MotorMedic was started by a single father who wanted work that let him provide for his children and be there for them. He had the mechanical experience already. What he didn't have was a reason to spend his days in someone else's shop.
The goal hasn't changed since: reliable automotive repair, including the urgent kind, at prices people can actually afford. That's why the prices are on the website instead of behind a phone call.
